A high level of service can be simply defined as, the event professional taking responsibility for the needs of the client.
It is an important part of the coordinator’s job to know the scope of service of each vendor and to confirm these arrangements with the client before the event.
The event is going smoothly. Guests are enjoying each other. No one wants to end a party before its time.
Seeing that the party is going well the coordinator checks with the client to either end as scheduled or to extend the event.
